By using Vendex ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Vendex is a portfolio management tool for trading card game (TCG) vendors and collectors. The App helps you track inventory, look up market prices, manage card show sales, and analyze your collection's performance.
Market prices displayed in the App are for informational purposes only. Prices are sourced from third-party services including TCGPlayer and eBay and may not reflect actual current market values. Vendex does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any pricing information. You should verify prices independently before making buying, selling, or trading decisions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to notify us of any unauthorized use.

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of Vendex. Trading card names, images, and related intellectual property belong to their respective owners (The Pokémon Company, Wizards of the Coast, Konami, Bandai, etc.).
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Vendex shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses from buying or selling decisions based on pricing data displayed in the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
