Vendex ("we," "our," or "the App") is a trading card game (TCG) portfolio management application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and an encrypted password. We never store passwords in plain text.
Inventory Data: Card names, sets, quantities, purchase prices, and related metadata you enter into the app. This data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced to our servers for cloud backup.
Show & Transaction Data: Records of sales, purchases, and trades you log during card shows. This data is stored locally and optionally synced.
Usage Data: We do not collect analytics, tracking data, or usage statistics. We do not use any third-party analytics SDKs.

We do not sell, share, or provide your personal information to any third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Your inventory data is stored locally on your device using encrypted storage. If you create an account, your data is synced to our secure server. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard bcrypt encryption. All data transmission uses standard internet protocols.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the App's Settings. Local data can be cleared by uninstalling the App. Upon account deletion, all server-side data is permanently removed within 30 days.
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App and on this page with an updated effective date.
